These features can make cooking more convenient but you must also consider how often you will utilize these features. Otherwise, it is not worth purchasing an appliance that isn't equipped with additional capabilities. Another factor to consider is the design of the microwave. Some models have a flush-built-in design which fits seamlessly into existing cabinets.
